Several months ago I bought what I thought was a guinea it turned out to be a turkey which is fine but can anyone tell me if its male or female? "She" doesn't have spurs.

That is a male turkey or a Tom. Turkey hens don't puff themselves up like that. He is very pretty though!

Hens do in fact puff themselves out. I am a turkey hunter and have seen it multiple times. But he is a tom!
