We live in central NH. It's 16 degrees outside right now, with no end in sight. Go figure.
 
I wish I lived next door to you. I'd throw a few eggs under her. Two of my hens spend most of their time broody. Of course, now that I have eggs that need hatching, there is no broodiness in sight. Usually from February through September somebody wants to sit, but not this year.
 
I have a Blue Orpington that is setting on air and it was 14 this morning...... She could have waited a month!...lol
