We had another one hatch during the night. They are White Orp's. I have 4 more eggs but they are not doing anything yet only day 22 this morning. This is my first hatching and I already know some things I need to fix with my homemade Incubator. So if I only get 3 that is good for the first try in an untested Bator.

ok the 4th baby hatched during the night, now the last 3 eggs are not doing anything yet. Today is day 23 how long do I wait to see if they hatch

If it were me i would candle the eggs that didn't hatch yet since it's day 23.. just to check to see if i saw any movement

i agree, candle them to see if you see anything. Another thing you can do is gently tap on the egg and chirp to it and see if you hear chirping back. i've heard of eggs going as far as day 25 and hatching. But the candling will tell you if anyone is in there at all.
