We have Khaki Campbells

Well, first hatch from the ducks went OK.

We set 3 eggs on a whim, and 2 made it to hatch.

They were out on day 26 though, kind of caught me off guard, had not moved them to the hatcher and noticed pipping while still in the turner.

Anyway, we got them moved in a mad scramble, and one was out yesterday mid-day, and the other over night.

Cool stuff.

I really would like to try duck eggs one day...just not right now...

They are cute, however the mess that comes with them more than offsets the cute factor.
