We have our first pip!

Today is day 21 and we have one pip so far! Very exciting.

How long does it take a chick to get out? Is it normal for one egg to pip and the others to just sit there?

it was 24 hours after my first pip that my egg hatched

i have one that pipped last night and zipped this morning. still waiting on it to finish hatching. it is the last one and i need to get the incubator ready for the next batch so it is taking it's own sweet time.

My first hatch it took 24 hours for the chicks to hatch, and they seem to like to do it while you're not looking!

It is killing me! I can see its little beak! And it is peeping. And there is not another pip in site with the rest of the eggs! To top it off, my sis had her baby two months early this week. It is baby central!

Come on chickies... PIP!!! and/or HATCH!!!!
