Hi Friends!
We are a family of four that keeps a flock of backyard chickens. Many of you may know us by our blog, www.tillysnest.com. We also started a new tradition, Hug A Chicken Day, every November 5th!
We have entered our Christmas Tree in a holiday contest. Our bird themed tree, is in the running to win a visit from country singer Cooper Boone to cook in our kitchen.
Over the years, it has become our mission to educate people about keeping backyard chickens. To get rid of those negative stereotypes and to help people get started. We have worked closely with our town and now even serve on the Agricultural Commission and will be doing local lectures on how to get started! We are also involved in visiting other coops and sharing them on our blog too!
