We want to raise egglaying chickens

Hi everyone,

We want to start raising chickens for eggs. We live in North Florida. I am currently working in Huntsville, Alabama and was wondering if anyone would let us come visit to see how they are raising their chickens. We would be happy to visit either North Alabama or North Florida areas. Our chickens will be raised as family pets.

We have 3 sons, 3 dogs, and 4 acres.
