Weak chick

I have a 5 day old chick, it's a silky red sex link cross. It isn't very perky like others from the hatch, it's eating and drinking, but if you pick him up, unlike the others he's submissive. Should I be worried, and what shou I do?

Hi there, - nothing much to do at this point. Just monitor, make sure continues eating/drinking, not getting picked on. Do you have Sav-a -chick in the water to help with vitamins etc.?

This chick did survive, I found out it was wry neck and was able to treat her effectively. Thanks for everyone's help, her name is Midnight!
