WEAK Chick

One of our 2-3 day old chicks seemed to be doing fine until today. It seems very week, very limp when lifted up, lying down most of the time. Eyes still open and chirping now and again. Not sure whats wrong with it. Any suggestions on how to help? Its my children's favorite one so i really hate to see it not make it. Help???

Sometimes this happens. The chicks i've experienced going through this, usually don't make it. Try giving it some sugar water. It needs energy.

I do not. I've tried to research it, but no one has definite answers. Your little one probably won't make it, so please don't get too attached. It will break your heart, just like many have broken mine.
