weak neck and feet newborn chick

today at 12:03 one of the baby thai asil eggs hatched..the only one but it seems to be having trouble getting a grip on the ground cant stand just jumps or wabbles all over the place with no real control..also i think it has weak neck muscles or maybe something else because it keeps its neck turned to the right..i thought i was stuck that way but if it jumps around it can also turn left but stays like that..its all fluffed but has weak lefts and keeps neck turned to a side..anything i can do to give him some energy or to help him walk?it freaks me out cause i see him when i enter the room and i think it has dyed but as soon as i whistle it answeres and starts kicking..

NEVER MIND JUST WENT BACK TO CHECK ON HIM/HER..PASSED AWAY..
