Sorry this might be long, gonna try and explain situation! I’ve had chickens for 3 years now, still learning, the worse thing I’ve had to deal with was wry neck which I was successful with I don’t have much experience with Coccidiosis or respiratory diseases! I want to give all the details so I can get a more accurate answer, my flock consists of 20 adult silkies and showgirls 1-3 years old , then I have 14 ten week olds I hatched and 4 little 5 week olds with momma in coop ! So 5 days ago I noticed a poop on my poop board that had blood on or in it couldn’t tell exactly but it was firm so I immediately thought Coccidiosis? However this is a adult hen 2 years old? Is that possible? Should she be immuned ? Did know there was such a thing as intestinal shedding at the time and still don’t know which it was ! So posted ! Everyone told me to start corid so I did ! Now take in consideration I didn’t not see any signs of sickness with anyone , have been told by the time you see blood it’s far along and I should see definite signs ! 3 days in with corid my polish hen is sick not eating not drinking just listless! I immediately take her in house ! Now this is not the hen with the bloody dropping I know this cause she was not in that coop!! But now she’s sick and i dont know why or what is wrong? I have taken advice of others and checked vent, eyes , nostrils I’ve listen to her breath and I can’t find anything wrong she is very weak and I’m having trouble getting food or water in her ! Actually last night when I went to bed I thought she would be gone this morning but she’s still here I got her to drink a small amount and also some applesauce! Also gave her some poultry cell! Now i dont know what to do treat for Coccidiosis or a antibiotic? Right now my first priority is just getting food and water in her ! And I want to treat her but for what? Wouldn’t the babies be the first to get Coccidiosis if that what it was? Anyway I can answer more when I get a reply ! Thank you so much I’m sorry this is so long! I’m at a loss and very stressed!

Are the chicks in with this hen?
I'm a little confused LOL
You treated all your birds for Coccidiosis regardless of what coop they are in and the age correct?
What are you using to treat the Coccidiosis with? Corid? What dosage?
When is the last time she laid an egg? Are her eggs "normal"?
Since she's not been eating/drinking well - is her crop empty or does it still have food in it?
Photos of the hen and her poop may be helpful.

Yes they are all together I have two coops but the run is attached to both the run is 25x50 the babies are 10 weeks old have been in coop for 4 weeks now I have a brooder in there they were in house for 6 weeks! Now their all together but have two coops and she was not sleeping in the one I found the dropping! The dropping with blood is from another hen and the other one is from Daphne my sick polish! I posted about it and was told to start corid for everyone they are all together ? Yes? Or is that wrong? However I didn’t notice anyone sick at that time ! And I had my doubts about it being Coccidiosis that’s why I asked for help!

Oh and she hasn’t laid a egg in probably a month she was molting and her crop is empty

I posted on the fb poultry veterinary sight originally but nobody will get back to me !! Last conversation was about her recent poop she asked me if it was a dark green ? And I replied yes!! But haven’t heard since!! What does that mean? I’m sorry I hope it’s not too confusing !! I’ve been panicking waiting for a answer!

You're going to get a bunch of different answers. Hopefully others will chime in here.

Finishing up the Corid will not hurt, it's mild - since you have them all together, yes, I would have recommended Corid too...you added new chickens - there are 9 strains of Coccidia, the newbies may have a different strain. Chickens do build resistance to the strains that are in their environment, but a different strain or an underlying illness/condition (sick bird)can become overloaded. It happens.
The poop does not look good. Green can be from not eating. The yellowish urates might be dehydration.
I see she's not finished molting yet? Can she see?

I would try to get her hydrated. Once she's drinking, then offer her a wet mash of feed.
There's no way to know if she needs other medications since it's not clear what is wrong. Getting a fecal float to check for worms is always a way to rule something out.

Thank you very much! Yes she can see no not finished molting yet ! I am trying to get fluids in her and some food whatever I can she literally doesn’t want any of it! I pretty much liquified eggs to get some in her! So are you saying yes I should be treating everyone with the corid? Is that correct? Also I was treating for a mild outbreak cause I wasn’t sure if it really was one! I’m only doing 1 tsp per gallon? Is that enough or should I up it ? There are no other signs of diarrhea or bad droppings in others as of now! Also since Daphne won’t drink can u give corid directly in mouth? Thank you so much for your help!

Also thank you for explaining everything to me I guess I didn’t realize hatching eggs and adding birds would be contaminating as well as purshasing chicks ! I’m still learning I really appreciate your help I will think before adding anymore that’s for sure or just stick to hatching my own ! That was my plan anyway once I got the birds I wanted!

I would use the maximum Corid dosage—2 tsp of the liquid Corid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. And yes you can give an oral dose of the undiluted Corid liquid 0.1 ml per pound twice a day for a couple of days.
