weasel attacks

I had a weasel get into the coop Monday night, and killed 2 of my chickens. My Rooster is still alive. He is my favorite! He got bit on the back of his neck. I sprayed that purple stuff on him, and the bite looks ok. But he is very tired and does not drink or eat. I keep thinking I will find
him dead. But he is a fighter. The vet told me to give him
pedialight and ensure. I do this with an eye droper. He does seem to be getting stronger Thank God, but we have a long way to go. Any sagestions?

Sorry about your rooster and the two chickens it killed. I went to my hens one night and round a weasel on a hens back trying to take her down but I got there just in time, she put up a good fight considering her trail of feathers that I followed to find her.

Poor thing. Chickens are so helpless.

My rooster is still hanging in there. It's really hard to see him like this. It's been a week now, and not much improvement. But he is alive!

Well... I think today will be the last day for my rooster. He took a turn for the worst he can hardly hold his head up. It's
been 9 days since the attack. I just hope it's not going to be much longer. Very sad day.
