I have my web cam set up in my incubator. I want to give access to my grandkids. Gmail did fine for one on one chat. I need a recommendation on how to make it available to them whenever they want to log on to see how thing are going. I want to use it as a learning tool for them to check temp, humidity and see the stage of the hatch.

What a great idea. I wish I could help you but I don't know how to do it either.

You could use web adress, http://www.justin.tv it will broadcast your webcam over the internet, live streaming.
I used it once to broadcast a wedding, so a family member in the hospital could see and hear it. It works good..
Here is an example of it http://flyingskunk.com/live.php check it out.
