Webpages and/or Websites

I see alot of people have webpages or websites for there business or hobby, etc.

Are there any actually out there that are free besides the blogger one?

I'm hoping someday to do my own blog... my friend has one but I can't figure out how to register on his site so I can comment.

If I do get a blog, it will need to be one that folks will easily be able to comment on.
