Website Design, fancy people I need your input!

All right, I'm working on a website, but I am design challenged, so I'm trying to figure out the best layout. Here are a couple of my ideas, any input is welcome!

I vote for 4 because everything is lined up neatly. On a home page, that's really desirable.

I think the search box in image 3 is distracting from the name of your business. I do like the rounded edges and the use of color. I don't like the location and size of the word "Home" in #3. Perhaps combine the organization of #4 with the design of #3, and do something to make the search box not so bright and distracting.
