I know lots of you hate killers
However I have hundreds of iris in 6x100 rows. The weeds are takin over and hand weeding is out of the ?.
What do ya suggest?

I use white vinegar. You might try a small spot as a test. I spray a LOT of it on the weeds and it takes about a week for the weeds to die.

I don't know how it will affect your irises though. It might kill them too.

There are some over the top grass killers that are safe around some flowers . I used to use Ornamec brand . Look on eBay or Amazon for Ornamec or over the top grass killer . About $43.00 a pint concentrate .

Yup, Ornamec but be advised it takes a few weeks for it to kill the weeds. Takes patience. Use Preen before the weeds grow next year. Here I put it down in late February, then again in April. I'll put more down in late June-early July before our rains begin. I'm fighting Puncture Vine here in the desert.
