My husband weedsprayed two weeks ago in an area that my chooks have access to and I've only just found out. They may have eaten some of the sprayed weed. Thankfully they still seem to be healthy, but I am wondering whether we should be eating the eggs? The weedspray packet says not to compost lawn clippings within 6 months of spraying.

Nobody really knows what effect glyphosate has on us or the wildlife. We sprayed our pathway and a couple hours later I came out to find ducks laying around paralyzed. It took about 20 mins for them to get back up on their feet. If your birds haven't had any symptoms of poisoning I wouldn't worry too much about it. It might be worthwhile getting some activated charcoal from the chemist to have on hand just in case . The charcoal absorbs toxins and flushes it from the body.
