Week and a half old chicks

Can I keep these chicks in my garage in a 100 gallon water trough with a heat lame on them there's only 6 chicks and it's been getting down in the 30's still at night?? I'm guessing 40's inside the garage tho. Or will the heat lamp not keep them warm enough ??

Anyone please. They are in the house now but waking my 8 month old daughter up at night so would like to move them to the garage

If they are crying at night, they are probably cold.

They cherp of and on all the time don't think there cold there not hovered under the lamp
