Week old baby chick weak, won’t stand and doesn’t have an appetite

I bought 4 chicks from TSC last Wednesday. When we got home we noticed she had a problem with balancing but she would still eat and drink. I didn’t notice anything wrong with her legs too. Friday is when things went downhill. She was panting, couldn’t keep her eyes open and wouldn’t move. I gave her some water mixed some of her feed, sugar and some poultry cell. She stopped panting and could move but not without falling. Now she is constantly chirping, won’t eat and can’t stand. I been feeding her and giving her water. Should I take her to a vet tomorrow or just comfort her until she passes? It seems like she keeps fighting to live. Thank you beforehand

Are her legs splayed out?

Work on getting drops of fluid into her and see if you can entice her to eat wet soupy feed.

Constantly chirping, not eating/drinking and not being able to stand, it sounds like she's failing to thrive.
