Week old chick half the size of the others?

This little one doesn't seem to be growing. Seems to be eating and drinking. Not as active as the others but not lethargic either. I added electrolytes to the water today. Anything else I can do?

We have a little one in our first batch of chicks as well. Now 3+ weeks old, "Little Dottie" is still about 1/3 the size of siblings but has almost caught up with the next smallest of 7.

We used Nutri Drench for the first 2 weeks in the water, gave Dot loving attention, and said several prayers.

Looks like she will be fine as she is just as active or more and refuses to be pushed around.....

Love to hear a success story Wilber stands by himself a lot and chirps until I pick him up.

We have a little chic much smaller than the others too...I have been giving her Nutri Drench once a day from a plastic syringe hoping it will help give her a boost. I am sure to watch her and she does sleep more than the others but I have seen her eat / drink and use the restroom...it takes a while of watching to ensure the potty breaks are happening.

I will check our feed store for Nutri Drench. Wilber seems to be eating but not growing.

I have a tiny guy too. He/she is my daughter's favourite. Nugget is feisty and definitely eats, but he is growing sooooo slow!!

All born the same week, the Orp has always been a little bigger, obviously.
