Week Old Chick Probably Wont Make It

Hello all. Came home from work this morning. One of my Rhode Island chicks was splayed out, until I moved the lid, then she stood up and started bobbing her head and what looked like gasping for air. The other 12 chicks in the brooder were/are fine. I took her in the house and syringe fed her some light Celtic salt water mixed with maple syrup. She seemed to perk up a little bit, but is still doing the head bobbing/mouth opening. Don't think she's gonna make it. But any ideas would help with future chicks. Thanks guys.

Almost sounds like heat stress with the panting/gasping. What is the brooder setup like? What temp is the warmest spot and can they get away from the heat source if they need too?

Does this chick happen to be smaller than the others?

Metal stock tanks. 2 heat lamps over a lid. Directly under heat lamps is around 105°-110° on the other side of the tank it's around 80°. Yes they can get away if they need to. The Rhode Islands are very active. Normal sized chick. And I think if it was heat related it would be affecting the other 12 chicks in the brooder.

How is she? 105 is way too hot, more around 85 to 90 is what i would do. (older thread, i know)
