Week old chick wing problem

We have some week old barred rocks and this girl's wings seem to be a little messed up. I'm concerned that the other chicks picked on her because she's smaller and ended up breaking her wings. What do you think?

looking at it I dont think it's a BR BRs will have more white on then particularly on the head. if i could see more of it's head

It's a barred rock. The concern isn't the breed, but the wings.
