Week Old Quail with Bump Near Eye

I recently hatched 5 coturnix quail about a week ago. 2 of them are perfectly normal, another 2 have crooked necks which I am treating, and one has an odd featherless bump near its eye. I've never had a chick with this problem so I have no idea what to do! Every day it's getting more noticeable, but I don't know exactly when it appeared. I've seen many threads on here about people who were having the same problem with chickens. I'm confused though because some people say to use probiotics or antibiotics (can't remember which one) and then some people say they have been no help! If anyone has had this problem in their birds before, any tips on how to treat it would be appreciated! I will also post some pictures as soon as possible.

Yes, I will soon but this is almost exactly what it looks like. (These chickens aren't mine)
