Weird bald spot?

Hello! I have a black Australorp hen who is about 2 1/2 years old. The other day I noticed that she had a spot on her head where I could see her skin. I suspected molting but she hasn't lost any other feathers and there are none of those weird quill things where the spot is. I don't think she is being pecked at; she is at the top of the pecking order.

The only thing I can really suspect is our rooster. I think he is a black bantam cochin frizzle mix. He has been a little rough with our hens since we got him about a month and a half ago.

Sometimes my rooster gets my girls by the head first bf they bow down to him and they're left without feathers there

Yep it's the rooster! They grab on to the feathers on the back of the hens head with their beak while mating and the feathers can be pulled out. This is happens to one of my hens as well.
