It looks like a scab? The pictures are a bit blurry, but it looks like it rubbed against the wire or got pecked.

I tried to get a proper photo for like 15 minutes and couldn't, they just moved too much.

I would watch it and worry if it grows. Otherwise, I would expect it to heal. If you are concerned you could apply some ati-bacterial ointment, but make sure it's one that doesn't have pain killers. Most of the pain killers used in those are toxic for birds.
