Weird bumps on eggs?

I found this egg a couple days ago, and I was wondering what these bumps are. I found an egg the morning before with the same type of bump, but it was much smaller. What are they?

It's a bit of extra thick shell..shows she's got plenty of calcium. I get ones like that now and again, and sometimes one whole end of the egg will be covered with tiny little bumps like that. Not a thing to worry about.

Once we got an egg with a little swirl of shell on top--like Dairy Queen ice cream cones!
