Weird chicken behaviour - Is something wrong???

One of my Orp is acting weird - she looks like she is trying to regurgitate. She is swaying her and and neck then looks like she wants regurgitate. Everything else seems so be normal - she walking around fine.
Anyone know whats shes doing? Should I be worried?

Is her crop squishy and juicy and filled with liquid? And large? This could be "sour crop". I had a chicken that had this 3x. It's not fun. But you can help. But, once they have it, they tend to get it again. So may people just cull them.

PM me if this sounds right. I'll tell you what you need to do.

From what you told me in your PM, I would rule out sour crop.
