Weird dark spots in Turkey egg

It’s that time again where I get overly worried about something and have to ask about it.
This Turkey egg is showing a lot of movement and even has a little limb I’ve seen against the egg, unsure of which limb it is yet, but it also has these odd dots. I don’t know what they are, and I really hope it’s not bacteria or something. Dots are pretty obvious in the image.

Egg is between 15-22 days old, I don’t remember when this one was layed.

I candle on day 25 when I move the eggs to the hatcher. I would not worry about that "spot".
