Weird Death of Hen

She was a 1 year old hen. No sign of sickness at all. She was big fat and running around. (Except she would drop eggs on the ground and had a lot of soft eggs) This morning I went to feed them and she was laying in the hen house dead with a soft shelled egg right by her. I cut her open and she was filled with very dark red jello like stuff all in her cavity. Also had with bumps like cancer on her intestines.

Any clues??

Sorry. It's already gone. Wish I would have thought about it. Was just very shocked. lol There was also lots of watery blood. Like there was internal bleeding.
