Weird egg question

I have 8 hens (just over a year old) and have semi-successfully integrated 3 (now 13 week old) pullets into the mix. They hang it with the big girls the majority of the time, but still like to hide in their safety zones from time-to-time. Last night when I was putting the girls to bed, I noticed a very small, soft-shelled egg in the nesting box. The hens are usually done laying around 10am every morning. It has been unusually hot and they are all slowly acclimating to that.

Is there any chance this egg could have been laid by one of the pullets? One is an EE, the other 2 are White Plymouth Rocks. I have had a couple of fairy eggs by the hens, but the shells were always solid.

Here are pictures of the egg in question. The yolk was also very small and very dark in color.

13 weeks is too young...it's possible, but not very probable.
Do any of the pullets look like they are laying...bright red combs, messing in the nests, etc. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/who-is-laying-and-who-is-not-butt-check.73309/

That is a very strange yolk color, don't think I've seen one posted quite like that before.
Looks like blood spots, but an awful lot of them...were they all floating in the albumen(whites) or attached to the yolks?
What was in the fairy eggs and how long ago did they happen??

The blood spots were all floating in the albumen I believe. I have only had 2 fairy eggs and they were last fall and early winter. Both had spotting on the outide of the shell, but had normal, although small yolks.

None of the pullets' combs are red, waddles on the white girls are getting red and they have been curiously hanging out on the coop ladder checking out the big girls in action.

I have been bothering the hens all morning to check the eggs. All 8 laid eggs this morning, but I missed one in the box. I think this belongs to the weird egg culprit, because she laid this one just a few minutes ago. All 8 laid eggs this morning. I cracked it open and the yolk is perfect, no spots in the albumen either. The shell was pretty thin though.

Hopefully it was a one time glitch.
That weird egg....is the yolk color greenish/grayish?
..or more reddish, which could be caused by a bit of blood in the albumen(which goes along with all the blood spots).

The yolk was more reddish, definitely not greenish or grayish. I am hoping it was just a glitch in the matrix.
Oh, OK, good......first pic looked greenish/grayish, can be hard to tell online.
Reddish is much better.
If the same bird laid the fairies and the funky, she could have a wonky system and have problems in the future.
Is she a high production breed, if you know which hen is affected?

I'm pretty sure it's one of my red sex links, and yes, she is high production. I know she for sure didn't lay at least one of the previous fairy eggs. I'll just keep a closer eye on her. I think the heat really got to them yesterday. It's been in upper 30's in the mornings and getting into the upper 80's in the afternoon.
