Weird eggs

Today when i came home i found 2 eggs that had been layed outside rather than the nesting box, when i went to lift them they were soft and membrane like almost like no shell around it

Can some one advise me whats wrong???

I had one leghorn that did that most of the time and I had oyster shell available all the time. she was
the only one that did that. It was so strange. Sometimes it would break as it was exiting. If I wasn't
close enough to hurry and get it the other hens would eat it. Other evidence was a sticky mess in the
nest box.

They lay weird eggs sometimes, especially when they're younger and haven't been laying long. It's pretty normal.
