weird eye crust

a little less than half of my flock has some weird eye crust were they cant open there eye and even when I open there eye it is like they cant see pleas help

Have you noticed if they have been scratching their eyes? If not, it's a respiratory disease going through your flock.

I havent seen them scratch what can I do?

Try giving them tylan 50 injectable orally, 1/2cc once a day for 5-7 days. It should be in the cattle section at your feed store.
