I think my CM is being picked on a lot. We got her as an 8 week old hen, and she was smooth and her feathers were perfect, but now she’s 16 weeks old, and her feathers look shredded a little. Is this stress, being picked on, or just molting? This is on her tail-end.

The feathers look like they are being nipped off.
How much space do you have in your coop and run (square foot of each)? How much roosting space? (photos of your set-up)
Do you have a cockerel too?

She will not likely molt if she is 16wks old. She will have those feathers until she goes through an adult molt at 16-18months of age.

Do your chickens have loose dirt to take a dust bath?

Each chicken has about 3 feet of space each(8 chickens total), just outside, and sinside they each have 2 feet. I’m new to the chickens, and we’re setting up the roosting bars next week. I have wood logs inside, but they all choose to sleep on the floor. We don’t have a cockerel, and I will get pictures, but it’s pouring and thundering outside, so when that it’s over I will head out. We just got sand yesterday, and they haven’t used it yet,but they do eat it, although they always have access to grit.

Square feet per bird?
That's crowded in coop and run.
Was the CM added later or all birds raised together?

Crowding issues could get much worse if you live in a harsh climate.
Where in this world are you located?
Climate is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, then it's always there!

@aart has asked some good questions.

With large fowl, more is better when we are talking space. I feel that once you are able to expand your coop and run giving your girls more room, the feather problems will go away.

Look forward to your photos, hopefully we can give you some suggestions.
