Weird looking eggs?!

My hen started laying a month ago and all her eggs seem to have some sort of pattern on them. Heres a pic .... Could you tell me if its normal?

That egg looks very normal to me. Many of my chickens lay slightly different colors or with different spots or patterns, and it makes it easy for me to tell whose egg it is. Some diseases like infectious bronchitis can cause a lot of egg shell oddities. Here are 2 more links with pictures of all different kinds of eggs:

The egg looks normal to me. Several of my chickens always lay speckled eggs. My Rhode Island Red often has large brown spots on some parts of the shell.
