Weird neck movements...Muscle twitches?

The wierdest thing happened to Potpie today. Her neck area was moving. I can't really describe it. She wasn't in pain as far as I could tell. She would just peck and keep on her business while these movements/twitches were happening.
She had a nice full crop and is pooping and acting normal. I do not feel any wierd mass or crooks in her neck.
Could she be lacking certain vitamins?

carrie isn't this the third chicken thats gotten sick in how many weeks ? did the test results come back on the last one ? they have got to be getting into something. maybe wrong but trying to help.
