weird poop, help!

I noticed this weird poop were my hen usually sits. It's particularly stinky as well. Should i be worried?

It literally looks like an earth worm, but it's not.

It may be shed intestinal lining, http://chat.allotment.org/index.php?topic=17568.0 has pictures of chicken poop, about half way down the page there are some with shed intestinal lining, it is normal, just kind of scary looking.
