Weird poop with fleshy rope in it?

Hey guys, I'm not sure this is an emergency but I'm not even sure how to describe the poo I found in the run today. There are 4 BR pullets that are 21 or 22 weeks old and 1 female guinea that is 24 weeks old in together. This is the only weird poo, all others are normal. One BR started laying 3 weeks ago and another started last week, the last 2 BRs and the guinea are not laying yet.

Any ideas what caused this? Do I need to do anything?

That does not look normal. Can you cut the beige material in two? Is the grey matter mucus? How are they all acting, and is everyone eating and drinking? The beige material looks a bit like possible lash material or intestinal casing.

I'm back at work now, I just saw it at lunch. I'll try and poke at it after work.

So it was mucous-like, almost like a thick off colored egg white. The grey had the same texture as the beige. It squished apart easily, no thick membrane around it. When I got home one pullet was in the run and hunched up, but when I went out there they were all out running around and everyone looks normal. I got two eggs from the 4 Littles today, which is what I've been getting the last few days.

Everyone looked fine today, I'm not seeing any of the Littles acting off. I got 2 eggs from them again and looks like 1 is a double yolker, which is a first for them.
