Weird rashy patches on my hens feet?

Hello everyone. I noticed this morning that my hens feet were looking bright red compared to their usual pale pink/white. I thought maybe it was due to it being cold since it was 32° this morning, but I’m not sure. I’ve done a bit of research and read it could be mites or maybe due to the cold. Her living conditions are very clean as she sleeps inside at night in a cage that’s cleaned every other day, and in the day she goes outside. Her feet weren’t like this yesterday. From the picture I don't really see any signs of scaly leg mites. I would say the likely cause is increased blood flow to extremities due to colder weather which would be normal.
