Weird stuff on egg

Hi so this is not necessarily an emergency just didn’t know where else to discuss this. One of my eggs has the WEIRDEST little things on them, I’m hoping it’s just a new style of calcium deposits lol but they also strangely look like small little eggs…. I wasn’t able to find anything about eggs being on eggs lol so I’m hoping it’s just a weird occurrence. My chickens tend to make funny eggs sometimes so it wouldn’t be a first but we also just got rid of all the lice/mites we had a couple months ago so I’m worried this is somehow them please let me know what you think! Also the egg is in a plastic bag just incase those are eggs of some sort

It’s nothing to worry about unless you start seeing it very frequently from the same chicken
