My 8 week old Welsummer has a weird looking outer toe on each foot, like a birth defect almost. Any idea what it could be? Screenshot_20211103-193914_Gallery.jpg

Not sure what would cause that, but since it's symmetrical my best guess it some type of genetic defect or possible parent stock deficiency.
Likely nothing you can do to correct the toes at this age.
If she's not having any difficulties, then I would just enjoy her and see how it goes.

This is not a bird I would include in any breeding program.

I agree that it could be a birth defect, or a deficiency in the parent birds that produced her.

A couple more possibilities are a vitamin deficiency while growing up, or an incubation error.
