Hi there!
I've got a flock of 7 and I just got 5 more. The new girls are 2 months younger and are really getting picked on by the original flock.

I started the new girls in an animal carrier inside the coop for a good portion of the day then I let them out to be with the rest or the girls.
After the new ones took a nice beating I decided to separate them by putting up a devider in the coop/range area.

Any suggestions on what I should do to acclimate the new girls? Everyone needs to get along!

Thanks guys!

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. New birds have to be acclimated slowly and carefully to the flock using the "look but don't touch" method. There is a good article at https://poultrykeeper.com/general-chickens/introducing-new-chickens/ explaining how to do it. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck in acclimating the new birds to the flock.

x2 on Michael O'Shay's comments regarding integration. Birds don't take kindly to strangers without an adjustment period and that can't be hurried.

Good luck!
