Yep. I thought maybe they were moulting, but no. Caught one in the act yesterday. I locked her up, put eggs in the boxes, walked out for an hour, and they were gone when I came back. So it's not just one. Going to get golf balls today, and rigging up a darkening flap for the boxes. Any other suggestions? I know it's more than a couple, because they polished off 4 eggs in a short amount of time. I really don't want to cull, but will if I have to. And if I can figure out who's doing it. Any suggestions on catching who the culprits are?

Roll-out nestboxes would be your best solution.
Fake eggs might help, extra protein in the diet might help.
Some people believe blowing eggs and filling them with mustard can help.

Do they have enough oyster shells to snack on? I usually find that ours start to do that when they are wanting more calcium.
