Well loved backyard birds need new home

Hi! I need to rehome by Male Chocolate Runner, my female Rouen, and a few chickens, various breeds. We love having them in our backyard and will hate to see them go, but we have too much going on right now and just need to simplfy. We live in Beaverton/Portland OR area.
