...For their trip to college! I went and picked up a nice green cage for them with a little stand from the bird sanctuary. I put in a couple of toys and all different types of perches and I stuck them in it tonight. I don't leave for college until the 26th, but I want them to get used to the cage.
This is my third year at college and we aren't "supposed" to have any pets, but most people are able to get away with it. Last year we had mice but the girl who owned them had to transfer out and took them with her. This year we wanted somehting a little less smelly, so we opted for the doves. That way, if we do get in trouble for having them, I cam bring them right back home and stick them back in their hutch with the others. We better be able to get away with doves if others can have cats and rabbits!
