Well, the two chicks that I thought were RIR's are really RSL's?

I guess I misunderstood the man who sold them to me. Wouldn't you agree? I love them regardless. just means I need more. Gotta love the boards at BYC! Also, can BSL pullets have white tipped wings? No white on the head though. Thanks!!

If you are talking about the two non-black chicks in the picture, they are EE's, I believe. They look just like my EE's.

Also, your BSL, I had one last year and I don't remember any white or yellow on it. She was all black.

Those don't look like any Red's that I've ever seen before.

Lots of chicks get the "chipmonk" pattern though, not just EE's.
I have some that I think is a game type roo, and some that BYC thinks are Partrige Rocks, and they started out kinda chipmonk looking --- I thought they were EE's until they got bigger coz of their chick coloring!

These are some of mine. Most are RIR but I have a few others I'm not sure of as well as a new hampshire red.

Well I just don't know. I better go back to the feed store and find out! The man had told me before that he was getting RIR, and so on..... when I got there these were the only pullets available. I think he said we got "Reds and BSL" which I was thinking RIR. LOL!! Who knows?
