Still waiting for one more egg order but figured that I don't want to risk the rest of the eggs for one batch. I will just have 2 hatches now. I forget the total but here they are. They are marked so I know what breeder they came from. There is a mix of all sorts of colorations of Coturnix in there. And I'm really excited to candle these guys in 7 days!!

That's AWESOME, Sam!!!! You are really hooked on hatching quail, aren't you, m'dear?? Can't wait to see the little darlings after they hatch! Is it hard to candle those eggs? They look so dark!

LOL BL!!! Yep I'am!! And they are kind of hard to candle..takes a good eye. Or a better light lol

These birds will be selectivelly culled and the birds left will be my foundation for my breeders. I sold off my breeders last year....and decided I wanted to get rid of most of my chickens and mainly focuss on breeding quail. Check out my website for more info.
