i work 3rds & came home 2 an awful sound....i have 8 banties 6 are 8 weeks old & 2 of them are crowing & 1 more that im almost 100% sure is a roo .. i also have a lil japanese that was crowing & he is 6 weeks old... so that puts me up to 1/2 of my chicks are roos!!! these are the 1st chicks & they are still inside.. what i wanna know is .. is there any one that would like to buy some roos? they are from mt. healthy st run banties.. i live in ohio close to indiana.. i am between findlay & dayton along 75

I feel your pain! I wis I could help you out but 1st, I am too far awat and 2nd, I live in a neighborhood with a massive amount of covenance so I am not so sure they would appreciate the crowing! I hope you are able to sell a few - good luck, keep us posted.

At least you knew what was possibly coming... I bought 3 RIR's a couple months ago, but I bought them as all pullets, and one of them is a roo. I'm still trying to find him a home, I can't keep him where I live

Most places only sell bantams in st. run, This is why I don't get bantams very often. My luck is just like yours, I would get almost all roos and the hens would end up sick or something lol.
