Welps Hatchery?

I just bought 30 birds from Welps Hatchery (mostly a mix of things primarily Bantams) and was curious will I get a good show bird out of a hatchery like this on a County Fair level? Thanks!

I have ordered d'Uccles from Welp before and was pleased with them. I have never shown birds so can't help you there.
