Welsh Harlequin male can’t quack

My welsh harlequin hasn’t been able to quack for a few weeks. He opens his mouth but no sound comes out.

No other symptoms in the flock. The ducks are about 15 weeks old. He seems like he tries to quack then swallows a few times. Still eating and drinking.

Hi! He will never "Quack!" he will only be able to "greep greep grep greeeep". Ducks quack, drakes cannot.
