I have read a couple threads asking about this, but I am still just as confused on the standard. Can someone tell me how to get a copy of the standard? Maybe some of you pros can tell me what to work on if I post a few pictures? For ducks, ...they are supposed to be light colored... How light is too light? How dark is too dark? Should they have faint tan heads? Or not? On the drakes, where should the chest color extend? On both, should the wingtips not cross? ...And is that something young ducks might grow out of? I have noticed that on a few of mine on rare occasions... I'm thinking the wingtips are not really crossed, just occasional bad posture?

This link says 2010 but it's the official site for ordering the SOP so hopefully it will help.

Thanks! I just wandered around the APA website. I'll need to join for sure! Now I feel like I can get a toehold on the wonderful world of poultry breeding! :)

I tried to load pictures from my phone but it didn't work. I'll try again...
Arg. No luck. I'd use the computer, but waiting for hubby to get it fixed. The monitor went poof. I think he might have it figured out though...
